The couple finally shared their much-awaited wedding pictures after their Sindhi ceremony on Thursday, November 15, 2018.

Both looked fantastic in their outfits. Deepika looked the part as a beautiful bride in her red bridal lehenga and adorned with jewellery.

But what has caught the attention of many fans was Deepika’s huge engagement ring, which stood out among the many rings she wore for her wedding.

Looking gorgeous on her henna-laden hands, the rectangle solitaire set in platinum has got the town talking for its mere size.

The dazzling wedding band, which was on full display, almost looks like a prop ring but is the real deal and a pinnacle of luxury.

It has left many people wondering how much such a ring would cost. According to a report, Deepika’s ring gifted by Ranveer is priced between Rs. 1.3 Crore and Rs. 2.7 Crore (£141,000 and £293,000).

Deepika’s ring has quickly become an internet obsession with many people taking to Twitter to share their views. One user wrote:

While Deepika’s engagement ring has the world talking in the aftermath of her marriage to Ranveer, other Bollywood actresses have caught the attention of their fans with their engagement rings.

Priyanka Chopra, who is set to tie the knot with singer Nick Jonas on December 2, 2018, attracted attention with her engagement ring.

Hers features a cushion-cut diamond set in platinum and reportedly cost around Rs. 2.1 Crore (£228,000).

The actress gave fans a glimpse when she posted a picture to Instagram.

Other stars include Sonam Kapoor who flaunted her Rs. 90 Lakh (£98,000) ring at the Cannes Film Festival after her luxurious wedding in May 2018.

Indian cricketer Virat Kohli gifted actress Anushka Sharma a diamond ring by an Austria-based designer, which reportedly cost Rs. 1 Crore (£109,000).

Newly-weds Ranveer and Deepika head back to India on November 18, 2018, for their wedding receptions.

They will host not one, but three wedding receptions for their family and friends.

The first one takes place in Bengaluru on November 21, 2018. The other two will be in Mumbai on November 28 and December 1, 2018, respectively.

While only two pictures of the happy couple have emerged, there is bound to be more released in future showcasing that stunning ring.
