Netizens filled the comments section with messages for the boxer.

Many loved the car, including his wife Faryal Makhdoom, who wrote: “Vroom vroom.”

Others stated that hard work does pay off. However, some users were critical of Amir’s purchases.

One person wrote: “Material things mean nothing.”

Another comment read: “Your mum is ill with cancer and you’re sat in Dubai showing off your material things.

“Amir ‘I’m so humble’ Khan, you’re just as bad as Faryal now drooling over materialistic things which can be replaced in life but once your mum is gone can never be replaced.

“You should be spending every precious day with your ill mother who gave birth to you, but instead you rather show off a dumb car to make yourself feel better about your failed boxing career.

“Shame you can’t spend money to make yourself become a better son.”

This is not the first time Amir Khan has shown off his lavish purchases.

In February 2021, he unveiled a Rolex. The pricey watch was a first birthday present for his son Muhammad Zaviyar.

On Instagram, Amir wrote:

“Got my little boy his first birthday present, his watch collection needs to [be] on [point].”

Amir Khan is currently starring in his reality TV show Meet the Khans: Big in Bolton.

The BBC show provides an insight into Amir’s life with Faryal and their three children.
