Did 'Ramayana' Makers Deliberately Release a Nerfed Teaser? f

"They're truly cooking something wonderful."

A content creator who recently visited the sets of Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming epic Ramayana made a striking claim.

The creator alleged that the makers may have deliberately released an inferior version of the teaser.

Dhruv Parikshit, who makes videos on films and cinema, made the controversial claim publicly.

He made the allegation after attending a special creators’ day event on the film’s sets.

According to Dhruv, he spoke to a member of the VFX team during the visit.

The team member allegedly told him that the makers had better versions of the scenes.

The better versions were available but not included in the teaser that was publicly released.

He later deleted that comment and posted a fresh response to the initial allegation.

However, screenshots of his original remark soon began circulating widely across various social media platforms.

Earlier, the makers of Ramayana hosted a special creators’ day on film sets.

Several prominent content creators met with director Nitesh Tiwari at the exclusive event there.

Producer Namit Malhotra and actors Yash and Ranbir Kapoor also attended the creators’ day event.

Dhruv, who was among those present, first posted several pictures on Instagram.

He later shared detailed videos of his visit with his followers and audience.

In the comments section of one of those videos, viewers asked about VFX completion status.

Dhruv replied: “Yes, it was incomplete. But the vision they have, I genuinely can’t put it into words.

“The scenes I witnessed there were on the level of Avatar.”

“I’m not exaggerating, they’re truly cooking something wonderful.

“The character designs and the world of Ramayana feel incredibly immersive.”

He then added further details about his conversation with a VFX artist from the production:

“I also got a chance to talk to one of their VFX artists.

He told me that the creators deliberately uploaded a nerfed version of the Rama glimpse.

“They had better versions of those scenes, yet they intentionally chose to release the incomplete one.

“Why? Because discussions and criticism across the internet translate into free marketing.”

However, Dhruv later deleted that original reply and replaced it with a new one.

In his revised response, he said work on the VFX was still actively underway.

He noted that a lot of good work had already been completed by the team.

The creator also acknowledged that incomplete footage had been shown to them during the visit.

However, he believed that the footage had actually been completed many months earlier.

He said the film looked like a beautiful fantasy world set in an Indian setting.

The discussion comes months after the makers released the film’s first official teaser content.

The teaser was titled ‘Rama’ and formally introduced Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama.
