Actor Arjun Rampal has officially married his long-time partner, Gabriella Demetriades, in a court marriage held in Goa.
The couple registered their marriage at the Bardez Sub-Registrar’s Office, with Rampal completing all the necessary legal formalities in Bardez.
The legal wedding marks a significant and celebratory milestone for a couple who have been together since 2018 and built a life together.
The marriage registration comes after Rampal had publicly confirmed his engagement to Demetriades during an appearance on Rhea Chakraborty’s podcast.
The engagement reveal had appeared in the podcast trailer, which carried the caption:
“Congratulations to the coolest couple in town.”
During the podcast conversation, Demetriades spoke openly about love and the way it transforms when a child enters the picture.
She said: “Love comes with conditions. If the person behaves in a certain way, they get my approval or love.
“But when you have a child, you can’t do that, right?”
She also added with characteristic humour: “It’s not like I am going after him because he is really hot, or I hope he didn’t say that about me.”
Rampal responded with equal warmth and candour, saying: “I was after her because she was hot.
“Then I realised there’s a little more to it than just the hotness.”
Later in the same clip, Demetriades spoke about their relationship status at the time, saying:
“We are not married now, but who knows?”
Rampal then made the surprise announcement that caught even the host off guard, saying: “We are engaged.”
The engagement confirmation delighted fans and followers who had been watching the couple’s relationship grow over the years.
Rampal and Demetriades have been together since 2018 and are proud parents to two sons born in the years that followed.
Their first son Arik was born in 2019, while their second son Arav arrived in 2023, completing their growing family.
Demetriades is a South African model and fashion designer who has spoken publicly about balancing her creative ambitions with motherhood.
