Some light has been shed on what Shehnaaz Gill will be paid for her role in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
The popular celebrity is reportedly set to make her Bollywood debut in Salman Khan’s upcoming film.
In addition to being the lead star, Salman is also a co-producer and it is believed that he approached Shehnaaz to star in the film.
Salman’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma will also be in the film as well as Pooja Hedge.
A source said: “Shehnaaz has joined the cast of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
“The actress will be seen opposite Aayush Sharma in the movie.”
Aayush had said of the film: “I’m looking forward to experimenting with my cinematic aptitude with this project.
“From a romantic drama to an action film and now a family drama, I’m grateful for how my innings in the film industry have panned out.”
Now a source has indicated what Shehnaaz will be paid for her first Bollywood film.
A source told BollywoodLife: “Everyone is aware that Salman Khan is very fond of Shehnaaz.
“She managed to win his heart with her first appearance in Bigg Boss 13.
“The only thing that Salman adores about Sana is her innocence and till date, she has been the same despite seeing the toughest phase of her life.
“When Salman Khan approached Sana to be a part of his film, he even allowed her to pick her fees. Yes!
“Shehnaaz Gill has not been quoted by the producers on much she will be paid, but he has given her the choice to pick the amount she finds fit.”
The source went on to say that Salman has even asked Shehnaaz to pick filming dates that are suitable for her.
“Salman Khan once again proved that he if likes someone he goes beyond his way.”
“The superstar has even asked Sana to pick dates according to her schedule as she has been busy with a lot of projects.
“The actress is also shooting a Punjabi film right now.”
Since shooting to fame in Bigg Boss 13, Shehnaaz Gill has amassed a legion of fans, called ‘Shehnazians’.
On the work front, she was last seen in the Punjabi film Honsla Rakh, opposite Diljit Dosanjh.
Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is scheduled to release in December 2022.
