Apparently, Jaya Bachchan, (read as: rude lady) during a recently concluded literature festival in Mumbai made a statement criticising her son Abhishek’s film Happy New Year and publicly called it a “nonsensical” film which she only watched for Abhishek.
Now this obviously didn’t go down well with the egoistic King Khan and he got angry and hurt! So much so that Amitabh, himself had to send a text message to SRK apologising on his wife’s behalf.
Even Abhishek and Aishwarya made an effort to visit Mannat and personally apologise to the superstar as well. Now is King Khan forgiving? Nope! He still went out to remind to Mrs. B saying that her husband’s Bollywood iconic movie Amar Akbar Anthony was also nonsensical.
OMG: Alia Forgets to Wear Panties!

Sallu Meets PM
Salman Khan’s beloved sister, Arpita’s wedding is the most talked about event this year. Bhai is leaving no stone unturned to make sure it’s the wedding of the year and has a grand guest list!
So much so that, Sallu who is, at present shooting for his upcoming film Bajrangi Bhaijaan in New Delhi, even met the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi and personally invited him for the wedding.
The social media savvy, NaMo even posted a picture with Salman, on his official Facebook page.
Previously too, Salman had celebrated the kite-flying festival with NaMo just before the elections and the PM had also nominated him to promote the Clean India Campaign. It’s hard to guess who is using whom for publicity. Monika surely smells a bromance here!
Katrina Rushes to Ranbir’s Parents After Fight!
Sources say that Katrina and Ranbir who were shooting in Thailand for their film Jagga Jasoos, were constantly fighting on the sets and things were not all okay between them.
After the location wrap up, as soon as the couple flew back to Mumbai, Katrina apparently rushed to Ranbir’s bungalow. Now are you wondering if it was to complain about Ranbir to his parents?
Actually Katrina very maturely decided to leave their fight behind and visit Ranbir’s dad, Rishi Kapoor who hasn’t been keeping well and was even hospitalised. Kat just wanted to be there for him.
This is a big ‘awww’ moment! It’s nice to know that even though RK and Kat had few fights, they sure are aware of their priorities when it comes to their families, or should Monika say, future families. Wink!
Pooja Misrra Walks Out of Jayalalithaa’s Film!
The famous ex Bigg Boss contestant, Pooja Misrra was recently to act in a film based on Tamil Nadu’s, Chief Minister Jayalalithaa’s movie Amma.
Apparently, Pooja who is friends with the director Faisal Saif, was requested to play a cameo as a CID cop for the movie.
However when Pooja reached the sets, she was in for a shock! Apparently, when Pooja actually read the script, she thought the role did not do her justice at all! Thus Pooja did not shy away from walk out of her friend’s project just two days later, but not before she offered a replacement.
Now that’s very thoughtful Pooja! But isn’t a friend in need a friend indeed?
Aamir Khan’s Chopping Worries his Co-Stars!
Aamir Khan, famously known as the intelligent actor, is also infamously known for taking over a film’s post production till the film releases, thus hardly leaving the control in the director’s hands.
A little birdie tells Monika that P.K actors, Sushant Singh Rajput and Anushka Sharma are anxious these days, that once Aamir starts giving his expert opinion, their roles may get chopped harshly.
Moreover the newbies won’t be able to say much to their senior actor and the only actor (read Sanju baba) who could have taken a stand is in jail as of now.
If anybody’s role gets chopped, this won’t be the first time. Aamir has done this several times in the past. What’s interesting to see is if Anushka and Sushant take a stand or prefer to stay in his good book
