A Russian influencer went viral for her unique way of seeking a partner.
Dinara, who has over 111,000 Instagram followers and is frequently in India, expressed that she is looking for an Indian husband.
In the hope of finding her spouse, Dinara stood in a shop and posed in front of two mannequins.
Dinara went blouseless as she wore a red saree.
Smiling in front of the mannequins, Dinara held a placard with a QR code to her Instagram profile.
The card read: “Looking for an Indian husband. DM me.”
The Russian national captioned the post:
“Help me find the ONE.”
Her post quickly went viral and netizens flocked to the comments section, with many men expressing their interest in her.
One man wrote: “Marry me…”
Another said: “I’m interested.”
Suggesting he is ideal to be Dinara’s husband, a user said:
“I am a 24-year-old doctor who wants to become your Indian husband.
“Also I love travelling and I fulfil all your criteria as an Indian husband.”
Some invited her to visit them in their home states, with one commenting:
“Come to Kerala.”
Another said:
“Come to my village in West Bengal state… I will show you my beautiful village.”
On the other hand, some comments were less favourable, with some users accusing the influencer of being desperate to gain attention.
A netizen said: “To become famous, girls do anything.”
One comment read: “Stunts to become famous.”
A user stereotypically claimed that all Indians have arranged marriages, writing:
“Why are you looking for an Indian husband? I heard Indians are into arranged weddings.”
Others accused Dinara of being a gold digger.

Dinara’s dating approach comes a month after she accused a passport control officer at Delhi Airport of inappropriate behaviour.
In a video, she claimed the official wrote down his phone number on her boarding pass and asked her to call him the next time she was in India.
She said in the video: “‘A passport control officer has written down his phone number on my ticket and told me that the next time I come to India, ‘contact me’.
“Arey yaar, what is this behaviour huh?”
Dinara captioned the video: “Was this behaviour appropriate?”
