"Every song is an invitation into a different world."

Pakistani artist Abdur Rahman Sajid, professionally known as HAVI, has been selected for Spotify’s RADAR Pakistan program for Q3 2026.

The selection recognises his emotionally driven storytelling and the distinctive artistic voice that has set him apart from his peers.

HAVI represents a new and exciting wave of Pakistani artists building meaningful connections with audiences both at home and abroad.

His music feels deeply personal yet universally relatable, a combination that has clearly resonated with a rapidly growing global listenership.

The scale of that growth is clearly reflected in his Spotify numbers, which tell an impressive, fast-moving story of rising popularity.

His listenership on the platform has increased by more than 335% over the past year alone, signalling extraordinary momentum.

Tracks including ‘Andaz E Karam’, ‘Na Milay’ and ‘Farz’ have been central to fuelling his remarkable rise across streaming platforms.

These songs have contributed to overall streaming growth of more than 200% for the artist over the course of the past year.

His music has also been added to more than 200,000 user-generated playlists, a clear indicator of growing listener engagement.

HAVI’s appeal is not limited to Pakistan, with his music finding enthusiastic audiences in markets spread across multiple continents.

His biggest streaming markets outside Pakistan include Bangladesh, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and the UAE.

The international reach of his music speaks to the universal emotional quality that defines his approach to songwriting and production.

As part of the RADAR Pakistan program, Spotify will further amplify HAVI’s journey through a specially produced mini docuseries for fans.

The series will offer an intimate look at the stories, inspirations and experiences that continue to shape his evolving artistic identity.

Rutaba Yaqub, Spotify’s Artist and Label Partnerships Manager for Pakistan and the UAE, spoke warmly about HAVI’s selection for the program.

She said: “HAVI has a remarkable ability to turn deeply personal emotions into music that resonates with listeners.

“His rapid growth over the past year reflects the genuine connection he’s built through his storytelling.

“We’re excited to support the next chapter of his journey through RADAR Pakistan.”

Her words underlined exactly why HAVI stood out as the natural choice for the prestigious program during this particular quarter.

HAVI himself also responded to the news with a thoughtful and poetic reflection on what the recognition means to him personally:

“Every song is an invitation into a different world.

“Spotify RADAR gives that world a chance to reach more people, and I’m looking forward to seeing where it travels next.”

His response reflected the same lyrical and introspective sensibility that has made his music connect so deeply with listeners worldwide.

Spotify’s global RADAR artist development program is specifically designed to champion emerging artists at critical stages of their career growth.

By welcoming HAVI into the program, Spotify has reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to supporting the next generation of Pakistani musical talent.
