Why did Eefrah and Shahrukh end their Marriage?

One of Pakistan’s most adored influencer couples, Eefrah and Shahrukh, have officially announced their divorce after nearly two years of marriage.

Eefrah took to Instagram to confirm the split, sharing an emotional statement.

She said: “I never thought I’d have to make an announcement like this, but I would like to announce that Shahrukh and I have decided to part ways.”

Expressing the difficulty of the decision, Eefrah requested privacy as they navigated this challenging time.

She urged fans to avoid making assumptions about their situation.

The influencer reflected on the good times she and Shahrukh shared and expressed hope for personal growth and happiness for both of them.

Following the announcement, she deleted all posts featuring Shahrukh from her Instagram, marking an end to their public love story.

News of their separation quickly became a hot topic online, particularly on Reddit.

Some users pointed to potential underlying issues, including class differences, with Eefrah hailing from an elite background and Shahrukh coming from a middle-class family.

Others speculated about strained relations with Shahrukh’s mother.

Additionally, there were rumours that another influencer named Sumayya may have been involved, although there is nothing to suggest this.

Eefrah addressed the rampant speculation in a subsequent post, urging fans to recognise that they do not owe anyone an explanation for their decision.

She said: “It’s tough to admit that love alone is not always enough if we truly aren’t right for each other.”

Her Instagram account soon disappeared. Shahrukh later claimed that someone had gotten her account “taken down”.

However, many believed the influencer deactivated her account due to the negative comments.

One Reddit user claimed Eefrah cheated on Shahrukh with a girl named Ayman Sheikh.

The user wrote: “You guys don’t know sh*t, anyone who was with them in Skardu knows exactly what went down and who it went down with.

“Ayman Sheikh, look up the name on Eefrah’s Instagram and ask her what all the kissing was about.

When probed, the user continued:

“Can’t say much more because I kept my distance from them because of this reason. I was very confused because I thought she was married?”

This Reddit user wasn’t alone. Another appeared to confirm the claims:

“I know this circle very well and have been friends with them.

“Eefrah discovered she’s gay and has been having an affair with the homewrecker jerk Ayman Sheikh.

“While she was married to Shahrukh, so yes, she cheated on him.”

“I literally feel so bad for Shahrukh because everyone is assuming that he must’ve done something when it was literally Eefrah who not only cheated on him but cheated on him with a weird girl boy.

“This started when they went to that Skardu trip and there are literally SO many eyewitnesses to Eefrah’s cheating. She is very manipulative.”

While the reason has yet to be confirmed, their separation has left many fans heartbroken.
