YouTuber Vikkstar123 has announced that he has married his longtime girlfriend in two ceremonies that pay homage to their heritages.
Vikram Singh Barn, who is one of the founders of the British YouTube group Sidemen, shared pictures of himself with his new wife Ellie Harlow.
Their wedding took place in Malta and Vik simply captioned his post:
“Mr & Mrs.”
Posing on a balcony with Ellie, the couple had a traditional white wedding, with Vik wearing a tan-coloured suit and bowtie.
Ellie looked stunning in a white dress with lacy detailing.
The newlyweds also had an Indian ceremony to honour Vik’s heritage.
Vik was dressed in a beige sherwani with intricate floral detailing.
Meanwhile, Ellie looked like the quintessential Indian bride, dressed in a heavily embellished red lehenga.
She completed her bridal look with statement jewellery and bold red lipstick.
Members of the YouTube community sent congratulatory messages to Vik and Ellie.
KSI wrote: “Yay.”
IShowSpeed, who has become known for his immense fandom towards Cristiano Ronaldo, said:
“W Viki bro, you have a nice woman and a nice marriage.”
Norwegian DJ Alan Walker said: “Wow, congratulations.”
TNT Sports presenter Seema Jaswal said: “Congratulations to you both.”
Vik also spoke about his marriage in a YouTube channel, his video on the channel since June 2023.
In the video, he highlighted his YouTube journey, which began when he was 16 years old. Vik admitted that he has been less active on YouTube so he promised to update his fans who do not follow him on social media.
From getting a pet dog to launching an eyewear brand, Vik stated that the past year has been busy.
He also revealed that he is releasing a song with Alan Walker, titled ‘Better Off (Alone, Pt III)’.
Sharing glimpses of the wedding setting, Vikkstar123 explained:
“That was a lot of planning. It was overseas, we had the wedding in Malta so we could guarantee a little bit of good weather.
“We had everyone come along, it’s so surreal seeing all of your most important and favourite people in the world all in one place at one time enjoying, having drinks.
“Just what an awesome experience.”
Vik also revealed that he did a DJ set at his wedding with Alan Walker and Afrojack, adding:
“It was so much fun I wish it could have gone on longer.”
Although he wants to keep her personal life out of the public eye, Vik said he would post more wedding pictures on Instagram.
Vik and Ellie have been dating since 2019. Their relationship was initially kept private but Ellie has since appeared on Vik’s social media during their holidays.
In December 2021, the YouTuber proposed in front of Dubai’s Burj Al Arab.
