In December 2025, Sara Khan announced some very exciting news.
The television star took to Instagram to reveal she had married Krish Pathak.
After having a court marriage in October 2025, Sara and Krish had dual Hindu and Muslim ceremonies to mark their matrimony.
At their Hindu ceremony, Sara Khan and Krish radiated lavishness with gorgeous red outfits.
The outfits were by Khuman and KALIGHATA, while Dimple M Soni styled the couple.
Sharing another picture of them signing a document, Sara wrote:
“Our love wrote its own script and both our worlds said yes.”
Many netizens congratulated Sara and Krish on this beautiful turn of events.
One user said: “Congratulations to both of you. Best wishes.”
Another added: “Congratulations. Have a great life together!”
From their Islamic ceremony, the couple looked dazzling in white attire.
A grin adorned Sara’s face, and her husband lovingly had his hands around her waist.
However, for all the joy surrounding the newlyweds, they also found themselves on the receiving end of criticism.
Trolls on social media objected to their marriage.
In a clip, Sara addressed the hate and said: “Krish and I belong to different cultures, but we believe both our religions taught us love.
“Our families taught us to respect others first and not to hurt anyone.
“We also think so, we think alike.
“I want to thank all the positive well-wishers for your immense love.”
While participating in Bigg Boss in 2010, Sara married Ali Merchant, but they divorced in 2011, after two months of marriage.
Both actors later termed their relationship as a great regret.
In 2022, Sara Khan began to appear in Lock Upp. She was horrified when Ali also arrived as a contestant.
The duo clashed frequently on the show. At one point, Sara stood up to Ali and told him:
“Please stop talking to me. I’m not comfortable, Ali. I beg you – let me move on in my life.”
While Krish Pathak is also an actor, Sara Khan made her television debut at an early age.
In 2007, she began playing Sadhana Rajvansh in Sapna Baabul Ka…Bidaai.
Sadhana is a selfless, thoughtful person who marries her husband, Aalekh Rajvansh (Angad Hasija), despite his mental imbalance.
She also shares a deep and treasured bond with her cousin, Ragini Rajvansh (Parul Chauhan Thakkar).
The series also featured known actors, including Alok Nath, Vibha Chibber, Seema Kapoor, and Avinash Wadhawan.
Sara remained in the show until June 2010, when her character was killed off.
