Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda officially began their married life on February 26, in an intimate ceremony attended by close family and friends.
The couple married in Udaipur as per Telugu-Hindu traditions, with the muhurat held at 10 am. The wedding rituals concluded between 11 am and 11:30 am.
According to reports, Rashmika made a breathtaking entrance for the morning ceremony, walking down from the mountain in a moment described as emotional and magical.
A source revealed that Vijay was completely mesmerised by her entry.
The wedding was attended by close friends from the film industry, including filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who has collaborated with both actors.
Other guests included Rahul Ravindran, Eesha Rebba, Kalyani Priyadarshan, and stylist Shravya Varma.
While the newlyweds did not step out to greet the media, their team handed out sweets to the paparazzi waiting outside the venue.
Reportedly, Kaju Katli boxes featuring Rashmika’s face were distributed, delighting fans.
For the wedding, the couple wore ensembles by Anamika Khanna.
Vijay’s ivory dhoti silhouette was paired with a striking vermillion angavastram.
Meanwhile, Rashmika looked stunning in a rust-coloured saree with a striking red border.
Detailed hand embroidery in antique gold added depth and luminosity, transforming the saree into a canvas of devotion and craftsmanship.
Rashmika shared a detailed post, introducing her “husband, Mr Vijay Deverakonda!!”
Meanwhile, Vijay’s post read:
“One day, I missed her.
“Missed her in a way that made me feel like my day would’ve been better if she were around.
“Like my meals would’ve felt more wholesome if she were sitting across from me.
“Like my workouts would’ve been more fun and less of a punishment if she were doing them with me.
“Like I needed her – just to feel that sense of home and calm, no matter where I was.
“So, I made my best friend… my wife.”
A second ceremony is scheduled to honour Rashmika’s roots.
A source told Deccan Herald: “After keeping their romance under wraps for so long, seeing their journey culminate in marriage was a true spectacle.
“They deserve all the health and happiness in the world.”
According to reports, a leading streaming platform covered the wedding setup, including venue and hospitality, costing over Rs. 200 million (£1.6 million).

“The swanky venue and the entire wedding setup are being taken care of by the OTT brand.”
Vijay personally handled flight arrangements for more than 50 friends and family members.
The platform is reportedly in talks to acquire exclusive telecast and streaming rights for the wedding, valued at over Rs. 300 million (£2.4 million).
Pre-wedding events featured a cricket match, a Japanese-themed dinner with pastel-hued décor, and a poolside volleyball game with floating drink trays.
Traditional South Indian touches, such as meals on banana leaves and coconut water, were incorporated, with all details personally approved by the couple.
A grand reception is scheduled in Hyderabad on March 4, rounding off what has been described as a landmark celebration, capturing the imagination of fans across India and beyond.
