"We really like Indian fans."

K-pop boy band NTX has shared the highlights of their second visit to India with warm words.

Each member had a different takeaway from the trip, but all agreed on one thing.

They unanimously said that the love and warmth of Indian fans made the visit special.

The band is known for tracks such as ‘Ice Love’, ‘Over N Over’, ‘Kiss the World’ and ‘Black Hole’.

They performed in Delhi on the occasion of Korea Culture Day.

Their performance carried a tinge of Bollywood, which surprised fans in the audience.

They sang popular Bollywood songs such as ‘Kesariya’, ‘Kaala Chashma’ and ‘Koi Mil Gaya’.

The members spoke about their second visit to the country.

Hyeongjin, Yunhyeok, Xiha, Changhun, Hojun, Rawhyun, Eunho and Seungwon took part in the interview.

They discussed Indian food, Bollywood dance numbers and the growing popularity of Korean entertainment in India.

Changhun said: “We really like Indian fans, and we’re really happy to be here.”

He added: “We are really thankful and grateful that we got the chance to come here once again.”

Group leader Hyeongjin said the Indian greeting of “Namaste” was among his most memorable experiences.

People fold their hands as a mark of respect when they use this greeting.

He compared it with South Korea, where people usually greet each other with “Annyeonghaseyo.”

That Korean expression means “hello” or “how are you”, and the Indian gesture left a lasting impression on him.

The group’s fondness for India also extends to its cuisine. During the visit, the members tried Indian curry with naan.

Hojun described the experience as particularly enjoyable for the entire group.

He recalled: “The moment we dipped the naan in the curry, we really liked it.”

Hyeongjin also expressed his liking for the Indian snack aloo tikki.

He drew similarities between the snack and the Korean potato pancake called Gamja jeon.

Seungwon said he hopes to share the stage with Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor someday.

Kapoor is widely known for his dancing skills across the Hindi film industry.

Seungwon said: “Shahid Kapoor. I would like to collaborate with him someday.”

During their previous visit in 2024, NTX performed to the popular Hindi song ‘Tauba Tauba’.

They discovered the song while researching trending Indian music and dance challenges on YouTube.

Yunhyeok said he was particularly impressed by the choreography of that song.

This prompted the band members to practise the dance steps every day before their performance.

NTX is also exploring a broader musical identity through its latest album, ‘Go’.

The album incorporates international genres that go beyond conventional K-pop sounds.

Rawhyun, who is involved in the group’s music production, explained the inspiration behind the album.

He said it draws from Brazilian funk and hip hop to reach audiences across different countries.

The members also reflected on the rising popularity of Korean music, dramas and entertainment in India.

They acknowledged the enthusiasm that Indian audiences have shown for Korean culture in recent years.
