Singer and actress Parsha Mahjabeen Purnee narrowly escaped a terrifying incident when the Uber car she was travelling in caught fire.

The accident occurred in Dhaka’s Kurmitola around 1 pm while she was en route to Banani.

Parsha recounted the ordeal, revealing that she struggled to open the door as smoke filled the vehicle.

She recalled: “I was heading to Banani in an Uber when, suddenly, the car caught fire in front of Kurmitola. I was really worried as I struggled to open the door.

“The smoke hit my throat, and it’s still itching.”

By 2:30 pm, Parsha took to Facebook to share her shock and relief.

She wrote: “The fire was blazing! I don’t know how I survived!”

Her post quickly gained traction, amassing over 16,500 reactions and at least 500 comments.

Fans expressed their relief, flooding the comments with well wishes and gratitude that she emerged unharmed.

A user wrote: “You have survived by the endless mercy of Allah. Alhamdulillah. Surely your parents’ blessings were with you.”

Another commented: “Please get fully checked at the hospital. Give sadqa in this Holy month. I hope you are doing okay now.”

Parsha Mahjabeen Purnee is known for her versatility as both a musician and an actress.
