"Ayeza are you okay? Did you get injured?"
Ayeza Khan narrowly escaped a fire and in a note, said how hard it is to be an actor.
The note was accompanied by an unseen video of her recent drama serial, Jaan-e-Jahan.
The video showed Ayeza Khan following the director’s instructions and picking up what looked like a burning shawl.
She hurled it across the room, out of sight. However, some remnants of the burning cloth got scattered, on which Ayeza unintentionally stepped upon.
Concerned voices can be heard warning her in the video as the actress moves backwards. Fortunately, she avoided what could have been a major accident, suffering only minor burns.
Captioning the video with the note, she says:
“It’s not easy being an actor. When the director says ‘Action’, we forget what’s going to happen next and just give our best performance.”
Addressing the accident, Ayeza added: “Sometimes unexpected things happen on set that the onscreen audience doesn’t get to see.”
Her comment section was quickly flooded with concerned messages and prayers for her wellbeing.
One worried fan asked: “Ayeza are you okay? Did you get injured?”
Another wrote: “God bless you. I hope the injury is not too much. Get well soon.”
Another sent their thoughts and prayers: “May Allah always protect you from everything. Amen.”
Ayeza Khan shared the video in the hopes of showing that being an actor is not always easy and not all glamour.

However, there were still people who labelled her as being a bit “overdramatic”.
One commented: “That’s just a small spark Ayeza. And YOU have highlighted this incident with a full essay complaining about being an actor.”
Another mocked: “Fire brigade crying in the corner.”
One follower said:
“Then who told you to become an actor? Don’t try to cash this little incident!”
Addressing the narrowly escaped situation that could have quickly escalated into a big one, Ayeza said: “I can’t thank Allah for having His protection over me every single day.”
She ended the note by thanking fans for their support:
“Thank you, everyone, for always supporting and loving us (actors) unconditionally. That is exactly what makes us push harder in our career.”
With two episodes of the drama being out, Ayeza Khan’s performance in Jaan-e-Jahan has already won the hearts of many.
