"This is how a REAL WOMAN looks like"

Narinder Kaur hit back at a cruel troll who criticised her bikini body, proudly showing her “saggy skin and stretch marks”.

The television personality shared a photograph wearing a two-piece while on a family holiday in Miami.

Narinder addressed a comment she received after a man zoomed in on the picture to criticise her body.

She wrote: “I posted a pic of me looking (I thought) cute in a bikini (swipe to see pic).

“But some weirdo decided to zoom in and pick out my faults and society wonders why women have confidence issues about their bodies.”

In another post, Narinder showcased her figure while hitting back at body shaming, insisting she is healthy and has a “real body”.

Sharing a video, she captioned the post:

“This is how a REAL WOMAN looks like – loose skin, saggy, stretch marks.

“Ladies – we are PERFECT.”

A follow-up post read: “This video is SPECIFICALLY for all the women and girls who have been made to feel their bodies aren’t perfect… don’t ever let anyone make you feel less than.. our bodies are beautiful.”

Supporters praised Narinder for speaking openly about body image pressures faced by women.

Narinder Kaur, who first rose to fame on the iconic reality show Big Brother in 2001, has previously spoken about the impact of online abuse and extreme dieting culture.

In November 2025, she revealed she had been rushed to hospital after fearing she would die following an overdose linked to weight loss drug Wegovy.

Narinder was told by doctors she was not eligible for the medication on the NHS and instead turned to purchasing it online after being told she was overweight by medics.

She said the decision came after repeated dieting attempts and continued body shaming.

Narinder told The Sun: “Stupidly, I ordered drugs online. That was the biggest mistake ever.

“I used weight-loss jabs without any professional medical guidance and I put my life at risk.”

She added that the online process took “less than ten minutes” and did not involve speaking to a doctor, claiming it would have been “so easy” to mislead the system to obtain a prescription.

After receiving the medication, she doubled her dose when she initially felt no effects. She later developed severe nausea and became so unwell she struggled to move or drink water.

She said: “By day three, I really thought I was going to die. It had been 72 hours and I still hadn’t managed a sip of water.

“I felt so weak I could hardly sit up or talk at all, and my hands felt floppy.”

When her condition did not improve, she was taken to hospital and told the drug would need to pass through her system naturally.

Reflecting on her experience, she added: “I’m an intelligent woman with a law degree so if I managed to cock it up, so could anyone else.

“It’s back to eating less and exercising more. I nearly died of stupidity.”
