The wedding day arrived with a full ‘band, baaja and baraat’.

The wedding season has officially begun with a bang as one of Bollywood’s prolific families, the Kapoor khandaan has turned baraatis for their cousin Armaan Jain’s big fat Punjabi wedding.

Actor Armaan Jain tied the knot with his girlfriend and fashion blogger Anissa Malhotra in a grand wedding reception on Monday, February 3, 2020.

The couple also celebrated with pre-wedding events including a mehndi on February 1, 2020. This was followed by the sangeet event at The St Regis Mumbai on February 2, 2020.

The mehndi was reportedly held at Armaan Jain’s residence. Priti S Sidhwanni of DreamzKrraft – Wedding Decorators & Planners was behind the lavish décor. She said:

“For the mehndi on the terrace, we designed a Benarasi theme for the buffet. The palette ran the spectrum of pastels, peach and mint green colours.

“The setup included diya panels with numerous votives lit amidst the diwan seating that included candelabras and glamorous centrepieces with floral arrangements.

“Fragrances like jasmine, mogra and rajniganda were used to naturally scent the venue for the couple.”

Yet, is was munchkin Taimur Ali Khan and Saif Ali Khan who made our hearts melt with their adorable dancing.

Saif carried Taimur on his shoulders as everyone was seen dancing to the beat of the drums. The father and son duo wore complementing outfits further enhancing their cuteness.
