The trailer of Vicky Kaushal’s highly-anticipated film, Bhoot: The Haunted Ship (2020) was finally released on Monday, 3 February 2020 and promises a spine-chilling experience.
The horror-thriller film is directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh and co-produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Shashank Khaitan.
Leading man Vicky Kaushal is set to return to the big screen and thrill his fans in an unseen avatar.
The 2 minute and 52-second trailer begins with the announcement that due to stormy weather a ship named the “Sea-Bird” has run aground near Juhu Beach. There was supposedly no one on the ship.
People are left baffled by the sudden appearance of the ship which has been rumoured to be haunted for years.
The trailer goes on to introduce Prithvi (Vicky Kaushal), who seems to be struggling with his traumatic past, takes a strong interest in the ship.
Carrying a torch, Prithvi (Vicky) enters the Sea-Bird and explores the ship; however, he fails to discover anything apart from the ruins inside.
Yet, what Prithvi (Vicky) fails to see is the beastly creature crawling along the walls.
Prithvi (Vicky) researches the possibilities of what could have occurred on-board the dilapidated ship.
According to initial investigations, it can be assumed a young woman was involved in the nerve-wracking incidents on-board.
The trailer continues to show the scary occurrence taking place with the young girl who wanders through the ship during the night.
Her boyfriend, who is trying to find her, witnesses his girlfriend being sucked into the wall by an unknown creature.
Meanwhile, the trailer gives viewers a blink and miss appearance of Bhumi Pednekar, Ashutosh Rana and Meher Vij.
