Hansika Motwani is rumoured to marry Sohael Khaturiya on December 4, 2022, and according to reports, she is planning a winter destination for their honeymoon.
According to reports, Hansika and her husband-to-be are planning to see the Northern Lights, also known as the aurora borealis.
A source close to the actress said that it has been on Hansika’s bucket list for a very long time and speculations might be true that she would love to witness it with the man of her dreams.
The source also added that a few years back, during a photoshoot, she had mentioned witnessing the once-in-a-lifetime experience with her husband on their honeymoon.
The source said: “I heard that she plans to see the Northern Lights with her husband on their honeymoon.
“The Northern Lights have always been on her bucket list, which she mentioned during a photo shoot recently.
“When we asked her if her honeymoon plans included the Northern Light sightings, as it is at its peak in December, she blushed and said, ‘Maybe’.”
For the unversed, the Northern Lights, commonly known as polar lights, is a natural phenomenon of light’s display on Earth’s sky at the high-latitude regions.
This mostly occurs in the regions around the Arctic and Antarctic.
Planets, natural satellites, comets, brown dwarfs and so many flickering lights cover the sky, which is caused due to solar wind in the magnetosphere.
In recent years, it has gained a lot of attention after several videos of the same being circulated on social media.
Meanwhile, on November 21, 2022, the actress was spotted walking out of a salon in Mumbai.
She sported a new hairstyle ahead of her grand wedding.
The couple had been dating for several years and in November 2022, they announced their engagement.
They are rumoured to be getting married at Mundota Fort and Palace in Rajasthan.
According to reports, the pre-wedding festivities and wedding will go on for three days.
Hansika Motwani and Sohael Khaturiya’s pre-wedding festivities will kickstart with sufi night on December 2.
The next day, the mehendi and sangeet ceremonies will take place.
On December 4, the haldi ceremony will happen at around 11 am, which will be followed by the wedding in the evening.
At night, the couple will throw a casino-themed wedding reception to celebrate their union.
On the work front, the Mumbai-born artist has been part of various south industry films in Tamil and Telugu-language.
Her last release is the Tamil crime thriller Maha.
She has signed more projects in both Tamil and Telugu which are expected to be released in 2023.
