"They wanted headlines; they got them."

Hansika Motwani has officially confirmed her separation from her husband, Sohael Khaturiya, after four years of marriage.

The actress known for Koi Mil Gaya recently opened up about the difficult phase she endured during the process.

This news follows reports that the couple finalised their divorce through mutual consent at the Bandra Family Court in Mumbai.

Their lavish wedding ceremony was previously a major media event, watched by millions on a streaming platform.

Despite the public nature of their union, the relationship unfortunately reached a point where parting ways became truly necessary.

During an interview, the popular star shared that she has no regrets regarding the end of her marriage.

She remarked: “People wanted clickbait, they got it. They wanted headlines; they got them.”

Hansika explained that she felt no need to clarify her personal matters as public opinion does not matter much.

The actress believes it is better to leave a situation if it feels like the wrong path.

Hansika stated: “I have immense support from my family, and I have no regrets. I am very happy where I am.”

She used a train metaphor to describe how staying in an unhappy relationship can cause much more unnecessary suffering.

Her family, including her mother and brother, provided massive emotional strength to her throughout this very challenging transition period.

The 34-year-old actress admitted that her family witnessed them entering a very dark and alarming space.

She said: “I am a very happy, jovial person. For me to go into a dark space, it is alarming.

“Till today, no one knows what happened between the two of us, and it is the best.”

This privacy allows the former couple to move forward without the weight of constant public scrutiny or various speculations.

The duo originally tied the knot on December 4, 2022, in a stunning ceremony at Mundota Fort and Palace.

Their romantic journey began with dating for a while before they decided to commit to a life together in Jaipur.

Even though that specific chapter of her life is closed, she remains very optimistic about the future of her heart.

Hansika stated: “I believe in love; it is beautiful. Right now, I do not know.”

She trusts that the universe will eventually guide her toward the right person when the timing is finally appropriate.

Hansika Motwani’s career continues to flourish with many fans supporting her work in both the South and Hindi film industries. ful.
