Ram Charan appeared on the most popular American daytime show, Good Morning America.
He is the first Indian celebrity to attend the show.
The pictures from the event are going viral on social media platforms.
Fans have been praising the Telugu actor and showering immense love on Ram Charan.
The actor will also be attending the 95th Academy Awards, scheduled to take place on March 12.
During the show, the Rangasthalam actor said that RRR director SS Rajamouli “is known as the Steven Spielberg of India.”
He said: “It (RRR) is about friendship, great brotherhood, camaraderie, the relationship between these two characters.
“And I think it is one of the finest writings of my director Rajamouli, who is known as the Steven Spielberg of India.
“Everybody calls him that, and I hope he’s going to make his way to the global cinema very soon, with the next film.”
Speaking of Steven Spielberg, the legend is also a confessed fan of SS Rajamouli’s RRR.
During a Zoom call with SS Rajamouli, the filmmaker said this about RRR:
“I thought your movie was outstanding… it was just amazing.
“I couldn’t believe my eyes – it was like eye candy…
“A beautiful visual style and I just thought it was extraordinary to look at and experience. So congratulations on RRR.”
Meanwhile, the actor’s father Chiranjeevi reacted to the big news and expressed his happiness.

Further, Ram Charan is all set to become a father and he spoke about this on the show as well.
In the interview, Ram Charan said: “NTR was the first person to call when I decided to make the announcement.
“I think we are really happy. All of us are doing well in our lives, professionally and personally. We are seeing a new dimension…”
RRR has been winning various awards in the last few months.
Earlier this year, the film won the Critics Choice Awards in Los Angeles.
The film won two awards – Best Foreign Language Film and Best Original Song for ‘Naatu Naatu’.
The film also won a Golden Globe for the song ‘Naatu Naatu’.
