The 36th CCH Court in Bengaluru passed the order just one day ahead of the film’s highly anticipated worldwide theatrical release.
KVN Productions had approached the Sessions Court seeking legal protection against the publication of false and damaging content about the production.
After hearing the petition filed by the production house, the court issued a formal restraining order covering any such defamatory publication or broadcast.
