After re-posting an Instagram picture of Ash with her fellow L’Oreal ambassadors Eva Longoria, Natasha Poly, and Li Bingbing during a special L’Oreal photoshoot, the beauty brand then gave fans with an exclusive sneak peek of her red carpet look.
Aishwarya looked every inch the star, flaunting her elegant emerald dress in a photo from her hotel room.
Her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, quite clearly provided the seal of approval as the two looked playful in the endearing photo.
Before gracing the red carpet, Aishwarya posed for photos by her hotel pool.
Opting for a luscious berry red lip colour, the star donned green eye liner to match her gorgeous emerald gown, and her luscious green eyes.

Clearly a favourite designer of Aishwarya’s, Elie Saab provided the gown which was divided into two sections of satin and lace.
The satin offered a touch of sophistication whilst the lace showed off a hint of the beauty’s skin which was enough to remind us of her ever present sensuality.
Gracing the red carpet on the 5th day of the festival, Ash’s arrival was very much worth the wait.
