"Get out of my face you f*****g n****r."
A video circulating on social media shows a US Indian woman racially abusing a Black woman during a heated confrontation outside Pear Street Bistro in Pinole, California, on April 13, 2025.
The 13-second clip, which gained widespread attention on X, was first shared by the account ‘I Expose Racists & Pedos’.
The footage captures part of a verbal altercation between a woman filming and another woman seated in a car.
Although the full context remains unclear, the woman in the vehicle can be heard using the N-word several times. In response, the Black woman behind the camera shouts profanities.
The Black woman can be heard saying: “You got me f****d up.”
Meanwhile, the US Indian woman repeatedly says: “N****r.”
The motorist then erupts: “B***h, f**k you with your fake a** allies you f*****g n****r.
“Get out of my face you f*****g n****r.”
The clip then abruptly cuts.
The confrontation is believed to have been a road rage incident, but this is not confirmed.
On social media, users condemned the woman’s racist behaviour.
One person wrote: “She looks Indian to me, and yes, Indian people can be racist, like everyone else. She should be ashamed.”
Highlighting the colourism issue in India, another said:
“Indian people are either extremely racist or extremely welcoming.
“Not much in between.
“This doesn’t surprise me one bit and tells me she doesn’t even like how dark she is, so she is using that slur to feel better about herself.
“But in parts of India, she’s the equivalent of a n****r to her own people. They have racism amongst themselves.”

Pinole Mayor Cameron Sasai said the incident happened in the car park outside the bistro.
He said police are now investigating it as a “hate incident”.
Former prosecutor and legal analyst Steven Clark said what happened before and after the video occurred will be factored in as investigators determine whether a crime was committed.
Mr Clark said: “I think the big key here is: you need to do an investigation as to the authenticity of this video and also what led up to this incident, because not every racial slur leads to a hate crime.
“I think the District Attorney’s office is going to look into this, to see whether not only this will be charged as a misdemeanour [for] disturbing the peace, but also whether there will be a hate crime enhancement to elevate the potential punishment available.”
The number plate on the car in the video is registered to someone who also faces several charges in 2025 for stealing from a cosmetics store.
Francisco Flores, the owner of the Pear Street Bistro, said that the bartender who was working on Sunday said they saw the woman in the video at the bar.
He added that the woman was at the bar by herself, she ate food but didn’t drink any alcohol there.
According to the bartender, about 10 minutes after the woman left, police were seen coming to the parking lot behind the restaurant.
