Are these Stars Bigg Boss 11's First Contestants?

One big name to feature in this list is Niti Taylor, the popular TV actress.

Salman Khan’s popular reality show, Bigg Boss 11, will return to our screens in October 2017. As excitement builds up for the new series, speculation has arisen over its new crop of contestants.

Now, sources claim producers have finalised an array of stars who will appear in the famous house.

This year, the show will reportedly feature a theme of ‘commoners vs celebrities’. It seems then fans can expect a fun, diverse cast of contestants.

So far, names that are said to appear in Bigg Boss 11 include the likes of popular TV stars, celebrity look-a-likes and brand new Bollywood actors.

One big name to feature in this list is Niti Taylor, the popular TV actress. After landing her big break in Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan (2015), she has also starred in Ghulaam (2017).

In a previous interview, Niti had responded to speculation over a Bigg Boss 11 appearance, saying: “Yes, I have been approached for Bigg Boss 11. However, I haven’t arrived at any decision as yet.” Perhaps now she has agreed to appear?

Other names mentioned from the source include TV actor Pearl V Puri, who starred in Naagarjuna – Ek Yoddha (2017), Priyanka Chopra look-a-like and Canadian weightlifter Navpreet Banga, and Jodhaa Akbar actor, Nikitin Dheer.

However, the list contains one surprise in that Abrar Zhoor has also supposedly finalised his Bigg Boss 11 appearance. Relatively new to the Bollywood scene, he made his debut starring alongside Sonam Kapoor in Neerja (2016).

Many fans would regard his speculated appearance as a shock. Usually, those who had past careers in Bollywood go on Bigg Boss in hopes of a comeback. With only one film under his belt, Abrar Zhoor may appear in the show for different reasons.

Reports also claim that Summit Bhardwaj has accepted an offer as a contestant. They suggest he will appear later in the show, as a wild card entry.

While the source has only mentioned a handful of names to appear, this leaves fans guessing on who else will join the new series. Celebrities such as Nandish Sandhu and Kunal Verma has faced questions over rumours of joining Bigg Boss 11. However, they denied any such appearance.

It’s clear that speculation over the new series has taken centre-stage. But, in only a matter of weeks, we will finally see who will star in Bigg Boss 11.

With the exciting theme of ‘commoners vs celebrities’, it will surely become bigger and better than before.
