"She just wants people to tell her she's pretty"
Sonakshi Sinha has joked about taking legal action against Huma Qureshi.
Qureshi had initially posted a photo on her Instagram account featuring her fellow actress and upcoming co-star hiding behind a mask.
Sinha was also seen wearing a black outfit.
The Bell Bottom (2021) star had added the caption:
“Happy Halloween. Photo from last night.”
The post received a lot of love from celebrities and netizens alike.

One of those who commented was Sinha herself who jokingly asked:
“Excuse me why are you posting my photos without my permission? And passing them off as your own?”
She then followed the questions with a series of crying laughing emojis.
While Qureshi doesn’t appear to have responded, Sinha also went on to reply to Qureshi’s brother and actor Saqib Saleem’s comment.
He had said: “Hahahahahha, cheating here too.”
She replied: “She just wants people to tell her she’s pretty so she’s using my photos now Saqu. Please explain to her.”
The Bollywood star later took to her Instagram Story to share the image of herself.
Tagging Qureshi, she also wrote:
“Stop posting my pictures as your own just for compliments. Sending you legal notice.”
Huma Qureshi last appeared in Bell Bottom (2021) alongside Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor and Lara Dutta.
She will next star in the Tamil action thriller film Valimai (2022) with Ajith Kumar. The film is set to be released on January 14, 2022.
Meanwhile, Sonakshi Sinha’s last major movie was Bhuj: The Pride of India(2021) which also starred Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt.
Some of her upcoming projects include horror-comedy, Kakuda(2022), and Double XL (2022).
Reportedly, Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi are currently in London filming Double XL, which is directed by Satram Ramani.
The movie has been described as a slice-of-life drama about plus size women and the societal prejudice that they face as a result.
It is being produced by Mudassar Aziz, of Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019) fame and Ashwin Varde, known for Kabir Singh(2019).
Although it is expected to be released in 2022, a specific date does not seem to have been shared yet.
Shooting of the upcoming film comes after coronavirus travel restrictions were lifted in the British capital.
Huma Qureshi does not yet appear to have commented on Sonakshi Sinha’s lighthearted jibes against her.
