She falsely described him as a terrible man.

Producer Umer Mukhtar threatened immediate legal action against Mahnoor Rahim after she publicly accused him of inappropriate messaging. He shared a formal legal notice on his Instagram.

This dramatic development comes after the content creator posted two explosive videos highlighting his friendship with actor Hania Aamir.

She posted a revealing reel saying an unnamed senior television producer sent her late-night messages during 2023.

In a follow-up reel, she finally named the senior producer and explicitly mentioned his famous friends.

She noted that he was extremely good friends with Hania Aamir.

She questioned their closeness, pointing out that Aamir currently serves as a goodwill ambassador in Pakistan.

Rahim claimed to have received messages with screenshots from many girls making similar allegations against the producer.

She said: “The whole point of this reel is to protect yourself, because no one is going to do it for you.”

The producer responded to the severe allegations by posting a formal legal notice online.

The notice was purportedly sent to the content creator by his team of expert lawyers.

The famous television producer firmly stated his strict position in the caption of his post, saying:

“Any action being taken is directed solely toward the relevant parties through due legal process.”

The producer stated he would not be making any further public statements out of respect for the law.

Mukhtar said that he places his absolute and complete trust in the justice system to resolve this difficult matter.

The formal notice said the content creator had maliciously published a series of defamatory statements on various social media.

It noted she falsely described him as a terrible man who preys on underage girls and commits severe professional misconduct.

The document stated that these publicly accessible statements are presented as assertions of fact under the current law.

Therefore, they are considered highly defamatory in both the United Kingdom and Pakistan, where she resides.

The legal document formally asked her to permanently delete all defamatory posts and related content from all platforms.

It also demanded that she swiftly publish an unequivocal written apology approved by Umer Mukhtar’s dedicated legal team.

She must provide a binding written undertaking that she will not ever repeat any such severe allegation in any form.

The notice required her to confirm in writing that no further defamatory material exists or is intended.

She is given exactly seven days after receiving the document to comply with all these strict demands.

Failure to do that will inevitably result in formal legal action in England and Wales and in Pakistan.

This action would include all available civil remedies for substantial financial compensation and recovery of extremely costly legal fees.
