"He is spineless. Unfollowed."
Shah Rukh Khan has been spotted enjoying a family vacation in London alongside wife Gauri Khan and their children.
Photos and videos of the star strolling through London’s streets surfaced on social media.
He was accompanied by Suhana Khan, Aryan Khan and youngest child AbRam Khan during the candid family outing.
The images quickly went viral among fans who were delighted to see the superstar relaxed and at ease with his family.
In one widely circulated video, Shah Rukh was seen dressed casually in baggy trousers paired with a plain T-shirt and hoodie.
Gauri Khan kept her look equally relaxed, stepping out in grey pyjamas paired with a light blue shirt for the outing.
Suhana opted for a more polished appearance, choosing a body-hugging grey dress that drew considerable attention online.
While many fans celebrated the rare glimpse into the family’s personal time, the images also triggered a significant online debate.
Several social media users questioned Shah Rukh Khan’s continued silence on the ongoing CJP-led student protests across India.
The protests, centred on the alleged NEET paper leak and examination irregularities, have been gathering momentum across the country.
One user wrote: “Loved SRK A LOT but he is spineless. Unfollowed.”
Another shared: “He had spine…he didn’t mind speaking.
“But stuff with his son rattled him…he hasn’t been the same since that day.”
One comment read: “His fans will defend: bro he is in London, he may not be knowing what is going on in this country.”
One remarked: “Super intellectuals on Twitter are arguing whether Shah Rukh Khan should tweet on NEET protest or not. And bro is chilling in London.”
However, many fans also rushed to defend the actor against the criticism being directed at him from various corners online.
One supporter wrote: “People are now calling him ‘spineless’… but where were they when people tried to break his spirit every time he spoke for his country?
“Every time he expressed an opinion, he was labelled with all kinds of names.
“Now people are asking why he doesn’t speak.”
Another offered a broader perspective, writing: “They have hundreds of crores on their backs, livelihoods of hundreds and thousands of people, movie releases backed with crores of rupees, publishers, producers and directors depending on them.
“A single tweet can jeopardise it entirely. We never know. Social media is ruthless and unrelenting.”
On the professional front, Shah Rukh is currently deep into the production of his much-awaited action film King.
The film carries special personal significance as it will mark the theatrical debut of his daughter Suhana Khan on the big screen.
Suhana had previously made her acting debut in The Archies, but King will be her first theatrical release as a lead.
The film reportedly draws heavy inspiration from the 1994 classic Léon: The Professional, with Shah Rukh playing a veteran hitman.
