Shah Rukh Khan was spotted spending time with Ed Sheeran.
Ed has been in Mumbai for his musical tour. He dropped in at SRK’s Mannat Bungalow and spent time with the superstar’s family.
In a video clip shared on Instagram, Ed did Shah Rukh’s signature pose of lifting both arms into the air with him.
The clip elicited positive reactions from fans.
One viewer commented: “Magical.”
Another added: “Literally, this is the perfect moment for all of us.”
A third gushed: “Amazing talent by great people.”

While in India, Ed was asked which Bollywood star he would be interested in collaborating with.
The singer replied: “Ummm…I never thought about it really. But I guess, Shah Rukh Khan because he is the biggest star.”
Ed also stated that he would love to work in a Bollywood film:
“A 100% yes, sign me up. I’d love to be involved with them musically as well.
“I really like the energy, and I know I keep saying the word energy, but there is a very vibrant, positive energy around Bollywood.”
This occasion was not Ed’s first escapade in India. The singer previously performed in India in 2015.
Referencing that concert, he said: “Coming here to do the show in 2015, it was like a completely new set of music. It was really cool.”
While at Shah Rukh Khan’s house, Ed also strummed his 2014 hit ‘Thinking Out Loud‘.
The clip was shared by SRK’s wife Gauri Khan on her Instagram profile.
Gauri also posted a picture with Ed, in which she looked stunning in a blue dress.
She captioned the post: “What a pleasure listening to you sing, @teddysphotos!!!
“Thank you for spending the evening with us.
“By the way, loving the @dyavol.x jacket on you.”
Farah Khan was also part of the get-together at SRK’s house.
In November 2023, the filmmaker recalled meeting Ed. She said she did not know who the singer was but Abhishek Bachchan informed her about him.
Farah added: “We started as a small party, but I didn’t realise that Ed is so famous, as everyone started calling me that they wanted to attend the party.
“So it turned out to be a big bash.
“At the party, I was yelling at the DJ, ‘Why are you playing funeral music’?”
“He said, ‘Ma’am this is Ed Sheeran’s music’.”
“He left at 2 am as he had a concert the next day.
“He said, ‘I can stay here till morning but I have to perform tomorrow’.
“The next day, he sent me 20 front-row VIP passes for his show. But I didn’t go.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki (2023).
The star recently won the 2024 Zee Cine Award for ‘Best Actor’ for his other 2023 films Pathaan and Jawan.
