"I am grateful for all the love in my life.”

Rhea Chakraborty has shared a picture of a note handwritten by her late boyfriend and actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

This move comes a day after the actress was questioned by Mumbai’s Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday, 7 August 2020.

Reportedly, Sushant’s note was taken from his diary and was shared with India Today.

The note appears to be a gratitude list in which Sushant is thanking Rhea, her family and his pet dog. It read:

“I am grateful for my life. I am grateful for Lillu in my life. I am grateful for Bebu in my life.

“I am grateful for Sir in my life. I am grateful for Maam in my life. I am grateful for Fudge in my life. I am grateful for all the love in my life.”

Explaining the note, Rhea Chakraborty said:

“It is his [Sushant’s] handwriting. Lillu is Showik, Bebu is me, Sir is my dad, Maam is my mum and Fudge is his dog.”

Not only that, but Rhea also shared a picture of a water bottle which belonged to Sushant Singh Rajput.

In fact, the bottle is a piece of movie merchandise from the late actor’s 2019 film, Chhichhore.

Rhea further added that this is the only belonging of Sushant’s that she has.

The actress was interrogated for approximately nine hours by the ED in connection to money laundering and financial dealings.

Rhea has come under fire for deceptively transferring money from Sushant’s bank accounts.

Alongside Rhea, her brother Showik and her business manager, Shruti Modi who also worked for Sushant were questioned.

However, according to Rhea’s lawyer and senior counsel, Satish Maneshinde, the actress has nothing to hide. He said:

“She has been examined and her statement recorded. She’s always cooperated with investigations with police and ED.

“She has nothing to hide. In the event she’s called again, she will appear at the appointed time.”

Rhea refrained from commenting on the advice from her lawyer. Instead, she shared a video in which she said:

“I have immense faith in God and the judiciary. I believe that I’ll get justice even though a lot of horrible things are being said about me in the media.

“I refrain from commenting on the advice from my lawyer as the matter is sub judice. Satyameva Jayate. The truth shall prevail.”
