A video has gone viral of a Pakistani bride entering the wedding venue whilst carrying a picture of her late mother.

A Pakistani bride paid tribute to her late mother by carrying a picture of her to her wedding.

A video of the heartwarming moment has gone viral and it has left social media users emotional.

The unnamed bride wore a stunning red lehenga that was adorned with gold details.

Her bridal outfit was accessorised with extravagant jewellery, including a maang tikka, earrings and necklace.

She entered her wedding venue, walking hand in hand with her father.

At the same time, the young woman carried a photograph of her late mother as a tribute.

Both the woman and her father looked emotional as they walked down the aisle.

As the event unfolded, the Pakistani bride is then seen joining her husband-to-be on the stage before being comforted by another woman, believed to be the groom’s mother.

Meanwhile, her father is seen wiping his tears as his daughter gets married.

The celebrations saw a lot of tears as guests and relatives embraced one another.

The video ends with the newly married bride hugging her father as she prepares to leave for her husband’s home.

Photographer Maha Wajahat Khan took to Instagram to share the video.

Maha dedicated the emotional video clip to all the women who have lost their mothers.

The video went viral and it has more than 300,000 views as well as over 1,000 comments from netizens who expressed their emotion upon seeing the clip.

Many social media users said the video reminded them of their own mothers who had passed away.
