British Asian artist KANDA is set to headline The Camden in London on November 6, 2026, with his upcoming show ERA II bringing together live music and a line-up of British Asian artists.
The 22-year-old singer-songwriter from Coventry has built a growing profile by combining contemporary British pop and rap with South Asian musical influences.
KANDA has accumulated more than 1.4 million Spotify streams and eight million YouTube views throughout his career.
His music has also received support from BBC Asian Network, BBC Radio 1Xtra, BBC Introducing and BBC Radio 6 Music.
The artist has previously performed at venues and events including The O2, The Hundred and Godiva Festival, establishing a presence across both music and live entertainment.
ERA II will take place at The Camden and is expected to feature a predominantly Gen Z British Asian audience, alongside a number of established and emerging names from the scene.
Confirmed special guests include DJ Harpz, Metz + Trix, Manak-E and Akshaarah, with further acts still to be announced.
The headline show follows the release of KANDA’s latest single, ‘Laung Gawacha’, which arrived on September 18.
The track features British Asian duo Metz + Trix, DJ Harpz and Akshaarah, bringing together several artists from across the British Asian music scene.
‘Laung Gawacha’ takes inspiration from the recognisable South Asian classic while incorporating contemporary Afrobeat production.
The collaboration sees KANDA combine traditional South Asian influences with a modern sound, continuing the direction of his independent music career.
The release also arrives ahead of ERA II, making the Camden show a significant date in KANDA’s upcoming live schedule.
With multiple artists joining him on stage, the event will showcase different styles within contemporary British Asian music.
The Camden show will follow KANDA’s recent releases as he continues to develop his sound and build his profile within the UK’s British Asian music scene.
