Botown will celebrate with a historic summer party.

Make sure you clear your calendars for a blockbuster Camden Party this summer!

The legendary Bollywood band Botown joins Kuch Kuch Nights – the UK’s longest-running Bollywood club – in an exciting collaboration.

To mark its 15th year of touring, Botown will celebrate with a historic summer party.

The unique party will take place on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at the Forge in Camden.

This Camden party melds together the best of live Bollywood music, dance, and a DJ set by the iconic DJ Ritu, MBE.

Botown will deliver a spellbinding performance too. The band has captivated the UK audience with a multicultural fusion.

They have blended traditional Bollywood material with soul and funk, creating an enigmatic name for themselves.

Meanwhile, Kuch Kuch Nights is renowned for its Bollywood-themed experiences.

The Camden party promises to elevate the summer party scene, delivering an immersive atmosphere, a festive ambience, and a celebration of the latest Bollywood tracks.

Special highlights of the evening include:

  • Live performance by the UK’s leading Bollywood band, Botown
  • DJ sets by the legendary DJ Ritu from Kuch Kuch Nights
  • Spectacular Bollywood dance performances and interactive segments

Botown drew inspiration from the 1960s band The Bluesbreakers who were known for changing their line-up to promote fresher talent.

The first single of Botown was a cover of Kishore Kumar’s classic ‘Roop Tera Mastana’ from Aradhana (1969).

Previous venues which saw the band perform included Jazz Cafe and Watermans.

Watermans highlighted the love from the audience at the gig:

“Botown was a great success. We sold out and the audience loved it.

“Ajay Srivastav had everyone rocking in the aisles. We even had to pull people off the stage.”

Meanwhile, Jazz Cafe stated: “Botown at the Jazz Cafe were brilliant!

“A tight and funky band with a warm and rapturous crowd!”

“We look forward to their return.”

Glassweek National added:

“Botown have achieved the near impossible in making a completely foreign (in more ways than one) genre of music totally accessible to anybody willing to give it a go.”

The event kicks off at 7.00 pm at The Forge, Delancey Street, London, NW1 7NL.

With so much to look forward to, the party promises to be an unforgettable experience.

Kuch Kuch Nights are also the top choice for Bollywood music enthusiasts.
