LIVA Miss Diva 2020 ended with the previous year’s winner, Vartika Singh crowning Mangalore’s Adline Castelino as the winner of the esteemed beauty pageant.
Adline Castelino will represent India at the Miss Universe pageant later this year.
LIVA Miss Diva Supranational 2019, Shefali Sood crowned Jabalpur’s Aavriti Choudhary as LIVA Miss Diva Supranational 2020.
She will go on to represent India at Miss Supranational 2020.
Pune’s Neha Jaiswal was awarded as the runner-up by Roshi Sheoran who was Miss Diva 2018 runner-up. The glamorous affair took place at the YRF Studio in Mumbai.
During the pageant, the finalists of LIVA Miss Diva 2020 took to the stage in the Swim Wear and Resort Wear collection.
The stunning collection was designed by Shivan and Narresh.
The designer duo partnered with fashion brand LIVA to create a bespoke jewel-toned collection of resort and swimwear.
Inspiration was taken from the colour story of the latest Seoul Series.
A dash of red, vivacious green, dusty pink and black were incorporated into the gorgeous abstract prints of the season.
Mujigay and Kurt created a picturesque scene on the ramp. The striking collection was created with LIVA fabric.
The closing segment saw beautiful evening gowns designed by Gavin Miguel in a selection made with the brand LIVA called ‘Celestial Signs.’
This collection saw an array of colours from warm shades like mocha, tan taupe to more earthy shades like stone, black and white.
The notion of earth and space coming together to form crystallisation further enhanced the beauty of the collection.
The structured silhouettes combined with a flowy touch created the perfect ensembles to grace the runway. This collection was also made with LIVA fabric.
Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Lara Dutta, Anntonia Porsild (Miss Supranational 2019), Asha Bhat (Miss Supranational 2014), designers Shivan and Narresh, Gavin Miguel and Nikhil Mehra made up the judges’ panel.
The pageant was hosted by Malaika Arora and Sachin Kumbhar while fantastic performances by Jacqueline Fernandez and Ishaan Khatter shook the stage.
Also, the audience was delighted with a witty performance by stand-up comedian Ash Chandler.
This year’s pageant was the first time LIVA, the fashion ingredient brand, acted as a title sponsor for the beauty pageant.
The gorgeous drapes and breathable fabrics from LIVA enhanced every diva’s sartorial appeal as they conquered the runway.
