Notable international players will continue to feature in the league to draw global interest.
On October 3, 2015, the Indian Super League will return for a second season.
Like its inaugural season, the 2015 season will again consist of eight teams.
They include Atlético de Kolkata, Chennaiyin FC, Delhi Dynamos, Goa, Kerala Blasters, NorthEast United, Mumbai City and Pune City.
Notable international players will continue to feature in the league, with the aim to draw interest from around the world.
While the 2014 season used a draft format, this year sees a Marquee Player being assigned to each team, who are then required to sign a minimum of eight and maximum of 10 foreign players.
