Pakistani actress Hania Amir who made a cameo appearance in her alleged boyfriend’s singer Asim Azhar’s latest song, ‘Tum Tum’ has been criticised online for her outfit in the video.
Pakistani singer Asim Azhar released his song, ‘Tum Tum’ on Thursday, 2 July 2020.
Describing his latest song, on his official YouTube channel Asim wrote:
“The biggest collaboration of the year is here.”
He went on to mention the host of stars who participated in the song. These include Shamoon Ismail, Talha Anjum, Talhah Yunus, Raamis, Areeka Haq, Hania Amir, Asad Siddiqui and Mooroo.
The music video featured TikTok star Areeqa Haq as the leading lady with an appearance by the singer’s reported beau.
However, it was Hania Amir who stole the attention.
In fact, Hania Amir has since been trending number one on Twitter with the hashtag #haniaamir.
However, her short appearance in the music video led the actress to be slammed online for her dress and her “pointless” role in the video.
Hania can be seen wearing a black dress with a sweetheart neckline and thin straps.
Haris Khan took to Twitter to write:

Rayyan Ahmed compared the actress’ appearance in the video to a political party saying:

Other users condemned Hania for her dress choice because of her influence on youngsters. Ismail Khan said:
“To all those out there supporting and defending her keep in mind that she is a public figure and a lot of young minds are under her influence.
“So please stop normalising this kinda dressing.”
