The love story between a French woman and an Indian man has gone viral in an Instagram video.
The video was uploaded by Humans of Bombay and it has been liked over 73,000 times.
It featured clips of the couple along with text that describes how their relationship came to fruition.
The video reveals that the couple met at a college party and they instantly connected.
Meghdut Roychowdhury loved Pauline Laravoire’s independence while the French woman was a fan of his humour.
They began regularly meeting and learning about each other’s cultures.
However, they had to part ways a year later as Pauline went to Barcelona and Meghdut went to the United States.
They remained in touch but the distance began to affect them.
As a result, they decided to meet up in Paris where Meghdut officially asked her out.
They started dating and over the next three years, they enjoyed a lot of time together and explored the world.
In 2018, Pauline moved to India to be with Meghdut.
Meghdut revealed that his relatives and friends took a liking to her.
He ended up proposing to her in 2019 whilst on a trip to the Andaman Islands.
There has been no looking back since then.
