Rumours about their relationship first arose when the pair were spotted out for dinner.
A source later said they were in a relationship.
After politician Sanjeev Arora seemingly confirmed that they were set to get married, a paparazzi video has intensified the rumours.
Parineeti was seen leaving celebrity manager Poonam Damania’s office.
The actress, who looked effortlessly chic in a white crop top paired with a blue and white striped shirt and blue jeans, smiled at the cameras as she left the office.

However, the attention was on a ring that was worn on her ring finger.
Fans were quick to speculate that the ring on her finger was an engagement ring.
One user said: “Soon to be bride.”
Another commented: “It’s good that the marriage is happening.”
It was previously suggested that the couple planned to keep their engagement ceremony low-key, with a small gathering of close family and friends.
The event was expected to take place in Delhi, away from the public eye, but with Priyanka Chopra and her family currently in India, there was speculation that they might attend the ceremony too.
A source said at the time: “They are totally involved in the prep of the engagement ceremony.
“They are getting engaged in Delhi next week. Since the beginning, the couple has kept their relationship low-key and wants to reflect the same while making their relationship official.
“There will be only family members and very close friends from their circuit.”
