On Sunday, October 19, 2025, Parineeti Chopra and her husband, Raghav Chadha, took to Instagram to announce some very exciting news.
After revealing that she was pregnant in August 2025, Parineeti gave birth to a baby boy.
The pair tied the knot in 2023 and have since been one of Bollywood’s most iconic couples.
Parineeti and Raghav posted a picture with heartwarming graphology, including a rainbow, fluffy clouds, and a cot.
The text read: “He’s finally here! Our baby boy.
“And we literally can’t remember life before!
“Arms full, our hearts are fuller.
“First, we had each other; now we have everything.
“With gratitude, Parineeti and Raghav.”
Many rushed to congratulate Parineeti Chopra and Raghav on this unforgettable moment.
One user said: “Omg, now it’s a reason to celebrate.
“We are so happy for you and your families.
“Sending all our prayers to you. Can’t describe our happiness.”
Neil Nitin Mukesh said: “Congratulations to the entire family. God bless the baby.”
Parineeti’s mother, Reena Chopra, wrote: “We are overwhelmed and so thankful to God!
“We cannot believe it still! We love you all so much.
“Thank you for making us grandparents!”
Meanwhile, Parineeti Chopra was last seen in Imitaz Ali’s Amar Singh Chamkila (2024), opposite Diljit Dosanjh.
The film was released on Netflix and showcased the actress as the Punjabi singer, Amarjot Kaur.
For the film, Parineeti sang many of the songs, highlighting her range not only as an actress but also as a singer of amazing prowess.
Chamkila and Amarjot dazzled many listeners in the 1970s and 1980s.
The couple were known for songs with double-meaning lyrics, which unfortunately led to their assassinations on March 8, 1988.
Parineeti began her career in Ladies vs Ricky Bahl (2011), in which she starred alongside Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma.
In October 2025, Parineeti discussed the differences between her and Raghav, detailing how marriage had changed her.
She said: “Raghav is very simple and emotionally balanced, while I am more like a volcano.
“I erupt every now and then. I lack patience, and I have to express everything I feel.
“But after marriage, I’ve learnt that love is patience, respect, and not about being selfish.
“[Raghav has] calmed me down without ever lecturing me.
“When I see how patient [Raghav is], I feel guilty about certain things I’ve done, and it makes me want to be a better person.”
