"May their union be blessed"
Rumours are circulating that Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha could be preparing to get married.
Speculation that they were dating first arose when the pair were spotted together on lunch and dinner outings.
Raghav was even questioned over the matter when coming out of Parliament. He replied:
“Please ask me questions about politics, not Parineeti.”
A source later confirmed that the actress and politician were in a relationship.
The source had said: “Yes, Parineeti and Raghav are dating, and they couldn’t be happier about it.
“They have known each other for quite a long time, and it was only recently their bond bloomed into this relationship.”
There is now speculation that the couple has gotten engaged after a tweet from Sanjeev Arora – who is part of Raghav’s Aam Aadmi Party – went viral.
Congratulating the “union” and tagging the couple, Sanjeev tweeted:
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to @raghav_chadha and @ParineetiChopra.
“May their union be blessed with an abundance of love, joy, and companionship. My best wishes.”

Despite no statement from the couple, Twitter users congratulated Parineeti and Raghav.
One said: “Congratulations to both of them. Parineeti’s such a nice person.”
Another wrote: “Congratulations best wishes for the future.”
The marriage questions were put towards Parineeti Chopra when she was spotted leaving the airport.
Despite no sign of an engagement ring, Parineeti was asked if the marriage rumours were true.
Although she did not respond to the questions, the actress could not help but smile and blush.
As the paparazzi insisted on a response, Parineeti said: “Hmm?”
She then got inside her car and smiled for the paparazzi.
When the paparazzi asked her again to comment on the marriage rumours, Parineeti said:
“Thank you. Bye. Goodnight.”
She smiled and blushed again before her vehicle left.
This comes after Parineeti was spotted visiting Manish Malhotra’s Mumbai home on March 26, 2023. Fans wondered if she was meeting the famed designer to discuss her wedding outfit.
Manish Malhotra is known for designing celebrity wedding outfits.
He has been responsible for creating wedding outfits for Kiara Advani, Kareena Kapoor and Varun Dhawan.
Referencing Kiara’s light pink wedding lehenga, one netizen commented:
“I hope the outfit won’t be pink.”
Another said: “I hope she will wear some bright red colour dress on her wedding day, I don’t like pastels colours on the wedding day.”
