“Looks more like Good Morning India”
Adil Ray and Ranvir Singh recently became victims of racism from an Oxford-educated engineer.
Dr Jane Crofton is a computer science expert who previously studied at New College, Oxford.
However, she frequently uses her Twitter account to voice her very controversial views.
The PhD holder also publicly describes herself as “openly white”.
In a tweet from June 3, 2021, Dr Crofton shared an article about Good Morning Britain, with an image of co-hosts Adil Ray and Ranvir Singh.

Re-posting the article, Crofton captioned the tweet: “Looks more like Good Morning India now.”
Twitter users were angered, and have slammed the engineer for her remarks.
One said: “You are vile… hope your account gets banned for life.”
A second replied: “Good. Better than Good Morning Britain if you’re an example.”
Another wrote: “Thank you for your input.
“I am sure they will take the show off-air after hearing that some random woman thinks the presenters have too much melanin in their skin.”
A fourth said: “One of the things I am most proud of having read this tweet, that my daughter is the exact, complete opposite of you.”
Other users were also quick to point out the flaws in Crofton’s comment, reminding her that Adil Ray and Ranvir Singh were not born in India.
One user replied: “@adilray was born in Birmingham UK, @ranvir01 was born in Preston UK.
“@JoannaLumleyUK was born in Srinagar, India. Your point is?”
Another commented:
“Unless you think that’s the Taj Mahal in the background, could you explain why you think this?”
A fourth wrote: “It’s funny isn’t it. People of regular mindset just see a picture here of 2 people.
“I don’t see people of a race, colour or ethnicity. I just see two people who are pretty good TV presenters.”
TV presenters such as Adil Ray and Ranvir Singh are often the victims of racism.
Adil Ray began co-hosting Good Morning Britain in April 2021 after Piers Morgan’s sudden departure.
Since then, he has hit back at racist viewers who branded him “too Muslim” to front the ITV breakfast show.
This week on Twitter I’ve been called a lefty liberal, a true tory, a race baiter, anti English, too Muslim and not Muslim enough. Phew! Back on your box next Monday @gmb for the next instalment. Thank you so much for giving us your time and watching. I’m loving every minute. ??
