There is exciting news for Indian K-pop fans as Weverse Con Festival is coming to India for the very first time next year.
The two-day music festival is set to take place in New Delhi on March 27 and 28, 2027.
HYBE announced the India edition during a fun launch event held in Mumbai on October 7, 2026.
The launch event saw many K-pop fans come together to sing and dance.
They grooved to the beats of their favourite K-pop artists during the celebratory event.
This marks the festival’s first outing outside South Korea since it began.
The festival will bring together both K-pop and Indian artists on one stage.
However, the official lineup for the event has not been announced just yet.
Along with live performances, the India edition will feature special collaboration stages between artists.
These collaborations will bring together performers from both the Korean and Indian music scenes.
The event will also include fan activities and interactive experiences for attendees to enjoy.
Weverse Con Festival has previously been held in South Korea on earlier occasions.
It is known for combining music performances with fan-focused experiences at its events.
Its debut in India will now give local K-pop fans a chance to experience it firsthand.
The festival will combine live performances with fan interactions and immersive experiences throughout the event.
These experiences are centred around strengthening the connection between artists and their fans.
The event comes as HYBE continues to expand its presence within the Indian market.
The company operates through HYBE INDIA, which is currently based in Mumbai.
HYBE INDIA has also been focused on creating local content as part of its expansion efforts.
The official lineup for the New Delhi festival is yet to be revealed by organisers.
HYBE’s existing roster includes popular acts such as BTS and SEVENTEEN, among others.
It also includes groups like TOMORROW X TOGETHER, ENHYPEN and LE SSERAFIM in its lineup.
Other acts under the label include BOYNEXTDOOR, TWS and ILLIT as well.
However, none of them has been confirmed for the New Delhi festival yet.
Fans will now have to wait for further updates regarding the final artist lineup for Weverse Con Festival.
The announcement has already generated significant excitement among India’s growing K-pop fan base.
