The successful completion of actress Tania Brishty’s brain tumour surgery has brought cautious relief to her family, colleagues, and worried admirers.

The operation was confirmed by director Imraul Rafat, who shared the update after speaking directly with the attending medical team.

In a Facebook post, Rafat wrote: “By the grace of Almighty Allah, actress Tania Brishty’s surgery had been successfully carried out.”

According to doctors, the intricate procedure lasted nearly four hours and required careful navigation due to its sensitive nature.

Medical professionals were ultimately able to remove the tumour, but they stressed that recovery will require vigilant monitoring.

Following surgery, Brishty was placed under close observation and will remain under strict medical supervision for at least twenty-four hours.

Rafat added that physicians have cautioned against premature optimism, noting that postoperative complications remain a possibility.

As a result, doctors have advised that she cannot yet be considered completely out of danger.

The family has since appealed to the public, asking everyone to keep Brishty in their prayers during this critical recovery window.

They have also requested that well-wishers avoid visiting the hospital in large numbers or making repeated phone calls.

Such actions, they noted, could unintentionally distress the family or interfere with essential medical care.

In the days leading up to the diagnosis, Brishty had reportedly been feeling unwell with fluctuating and troubling symptoms.

At times, she experienced severe headaches, while on other occasions she suffered fever and cold-like complications.

Concerned by the persistence of these symptoms, her family sought medical evaluations at two separate hospitals.

After extensive testing, doctors confirmed that she had a brain tumour requiring immediate surgical intervention.

On February 14, 2026, acting on medical advice, Brishty was admitted to a specialised hospital in Shyamoli.

The decision to proceed with surgery was taken swiftly, as doctors did not wish to take unnecessary risks.

Earlier, director Shakal Ahmed had informed a private channel about the seriousness of her condition.

He shared that the surgery began at approximately 4:30 pm on February 15, 2026.

Medical teams were prepared for every possible complication.

Before the operation, Tania Brishty herself addressed fans through a post shared on her Facebook page.

In that message, she revealed she would undergo brain surgery and humbly asked everyone to pray for her well-being.

The post triggered an outpouring of support from colleagues, fans, and members of the entertainment industry.

Many praised her courage and transparency while facing an intensely personal and frightening medical ordeal.

Doctors have reiterated that the next twenty-four hours remain crucial in determining the trajectory of her recovery.

As prayers continue pouring in from across the country, supporters wait anxiously for further updates.
