Famed Pakistani actress Sajal Aly is reportedly all set to share screen space with top stars in an upcoming international project.
The Mom actress will be essaying a groundbreaking role in Jemima Goldsmith’s production, which she is currently shooting in London.
Jemima Goldsmith’s upcoming film starring Sajal Aly is titled What’s Love Got To Do With It.
The upcoming project also features Emma Thompson, Lily James and Shazad Latif.
BBC journalist Haroon Rashid broke the news of Sajal Aly’s upcoming film on Twitter on January 13, 2021.

Rashid reported: “It’s rumoured that Sajal Aly is currently in London shooting for Jemima Goldsmith’s production, What’s Love Got To Do With It, directed by Shekhar Kapur.

Sajal Aly is yet to confirm the news.
The movie will be directed by Indian filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, who is famous for making films like Bandit Queen (1994), Elizabeth: The Golden Age (2007) and more.
The upcoming film marks Shekhar Kapur’s return to directing since 2007.
It was revealed in November 2020, that Jemima Goldsmith, former journalist and ex-wife of Pakistan PM Imran Khan is all set to make her first impression as a producer of a feature film.
What’s Love Got To Do With It is reportedly a romantic comedy.
The film is rumoured to be inspired by Jemima’s marriage to Imran Khan.
The details of the upcoming film are being kept under wraps.
However, it has been revealed that the has been written and produced by Jemima.
What’s Love Got To Do With It is reportedly based on a cross-cultural relationship set in London and South Asia.
Jemima had been married to Khan from 1995 to 2004. The former couple has two adult sons from their nine-year marriage, Sulaiman Isa and Kasim.
Jemima was last romantically linked to Alan Partridge star Steve Coogan in August 2019.
On the work front, Jemima has a growing body of television writing and producing credits.
She has also written and produced an upcoming episode of American Crime Story, an American true-crime thriller series.
Jemima Goldsmith has also written and produced an episode about the impeachment of President Bill Clinton.
Jemima is currently developing a TV drama series about the Rothschilds banking dynasty in collaboration with writer and Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes.
