“The stork has dropped the baby"
Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has officially launched her Pregnancy Bible.
The book is a guide for expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy and includes sections on self-care and what to take to the hospital.
Kareena has made her debut as an author with her new book, which she refers to as her “third baby.”
The actress already has two sons, four-year-old Taimur and five-month-old Jeh, with her husband Saif Ali Khan.
Her book discusses her experiences throughout both of her pregnancies, including morning sickness and food cravings.
Now, according to Kareena, her third baby is officially born.
Kareena went LIVE on Instagram with filmmaker Karan Johar to launch the book on Monday, August 9, 2021.
The caption to her Instagram conversation with Johar reads:
“My book launch with @karanjohar. The stork has dropped the baby and it’s out now for the world to read!! Still can’t believe it.

Instagram users flocked to congratulate Kareena Kapoor Khan on the release of her Pregnancy Bible.
One person said:
“Your book will definitely do well and rock.
“Your confidence and positivity will take you to great heights.”
Another wrote: “All the best my angel.”
A third said: “Congratulations @kareenakapoorkhan…all the best…stay safe and well.”
However, one user commented to point out the recent backlash that Kareena Kapoor Khan’s book has received, saying:
“@kareenakapoorkhan finally you were impacted by the trolls and that’s why you deleted the original video.
“I feel you should have kept the original content and answered the questions.”
Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible, co-authored by Aditi Shah Bhimjyani, recently came under fire for allegedly hurting religious sentiments.
According to a police official, a Christian group is not happy with the book and has filed a complaint against Kareena and two other people.
The complaint was filed by Alpha Omega Christian Mahasangh president Ashish Shinde.
Ashish believes that Kareena’s use of the world ‘Bible’ has hurt the religious sentiments of Christians.
He has also sought the registration of a case under section 295-A of the Indian Penal Code.
This section refers to deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs.
