Feroze emerged with custody of his son Sultan
The divorce between Feroze Khan and Syeda Aliza Sultan in September 2022 stirred significant attention.

In this out-of-court settlement, Feroze emerged with custody of his son Sultan while Aliza retained custody of their daughter, Fatima.
The terms of the agreement stipulate a mutual obligation to share with each other, the health-related information concerning the children.
Additionally, Feroze Khan consented to a monthly payment of Rs. 75,000 (£215) to support Fatima.
This would be done along with bearing the educational expenses for both Sultan and Fatima.
The aftermath of the settlement showcased diverging reactions from the former couple.
Feroze Khan took to social media and shared a picture with his son, indicating a sense of normalcy and bonding.
In the picture, the father and son could be seen arm in arm in an embrace. Feroze had a huge smile on his face.
On the other hand, Aliza Sultan has decided to deactivate her social media accounts, perhaps seeking privacy or a reprieve from public scrutiny.
Despite the resolution, public sentiment has been sharply critical, particularly towards Feroze Khan.
Many have voiced concerns that the prolonged legal battle and settlement have highlighted the detrimental impact of divorce on children.
