she hinted that Mushabbir was responsible.

Indian father Mo Mushabbir, of Bihar was arrested for murdering his four-year-old son and attempting to mislead the police.

He strangled son Anas to death before dumping his body in a water-filled pit. SP Vishal Sharma explained that he killed his son so that he could have a second marriage.

It was also revealed that he tried to frame his brother for the murder.

Anas had gone missing on the night of August 25, 2019. His body was found five days later.

A case was registered at Dagarua Police Station. SP Sharma said a special investigation team was formed under the leadership of Manoj Kumar Ram.

They enlisted the help of police station chief Madhurendra Kishore and researcher Pooni Krishnandan Kumar Singh.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Mushabbir had killed his son. When his girlfriend was interrogated, she hinted that Mushabbir was responsible.

She explained that she had been in a relationship with the Indian father for one and a half years and both wanted to get married.

However, when Mushabbir’s brother and wife found out, they were against the relationship.

Mushabbir wanted to get married to his lover so he planned to kill his son. He also believed that while his son was alive, he would ask for the rights to his property in the future.

He also intended to put the blame on his brother so that no one could stop him from marrying his girlfriend.

On August 25, 2019, he strangled his own son and dumped his body in a pit.

After the child’s body was found, Mushabbir repeatedly pressured the police to register a case against his brother and relatives.

He also staged a demonstration at Dagarua Police Station in a bid to persuade the police to register a case.

SP Sharma explained that despite their ongoing investigation, they were being misled and pressured by local chief Shamsad and local leader Ghulam Sarwar.

He went on to say that the two local leaders were involved as they were accused of concealing evidence.

SP Sharma urged the locals not to put unnecessary pressure on the police following an incident.

He said that they do not spare culprits under any circumstances but after every incident, people start putting pressure on the police which delays the investigation.

In relation to the murder case, the police will run a quick trial and bring the culprits to justice as soon as possible.

SP Sharma has also directed officers to arrest Shamsad and other local leaders for allegedly concealing evidence.
