Exfoliation

So, how can these homemade body and face scrubs help your skin?

For good skin care, exfoliation is a very important process to do. It removes the dead cells from the outermost layer of the skin.

These scrubs will help with the exfoliation of your skin.

In order to prepare your skin for exfoliation, have a shower for 5-10 minutes with warm or hot water.

This will soften your skin and make it ready to use the scrubs.

Massage your scrub into your skin with a circular motion and a gentle pressure.

It is not recommended to use the scrubs before you shave legs because it could cause the skin irritation.

After exfoliation, put some oil on your skin. This is the best time to do it because exfoliation opens the pores and improves the oil absorption.

Don’t dry your skin completely as leaving skin wet will help to absorb the oils better.

Exfoliation also encourages the release of natural oils in the skin and removes the dark spots.

Now, let’s look at how you can make these very effective Desi homemade body and face scrubs for your exfoliation regime.
