There have been no reports of injuries.
A behind-the-scenes video from the set of Emraan Hashmi’s upcoming film Gunmaaster G9 has gone viral.
It showed what appears to be a frightening stunt sequence.
The footage shows an SUV suspended from a crane flipping in mid-air before crashing down onto a black van parked directly below it.
The vehicle appears to come dangerously close to Emraan Hashmi during the sequence.
It raised immediate and serious questions about safety conditions on the set.
In the footage, crew members can be seen preparing for the stunt as someone calls out a countdown before the action begins.
Moments later, the SUV, held by a crane, flips completely upside down and lands with considerable force on the roof of the van below.
The person recording the video is heard visibly panicking before he ends the clip.
It remains unclear from the available footage whether the stunt unfolded exactly as planned or whether an unexpected incident occurred.
There have been no reports of injuries connected to the stunt at the time of this report, offering some reassurance to concerned viewers.
The film’s makers have not yet issued any comment on the viral clip or addressed the questions it has raised.
The location where the climax sequence was filmed has also not been confirmed by the production.
The video has surfaced just weeks before Gunmaaster G9 is scheduled to release in theatres worldwide on November 27, 2026.
Directed by Aditya Datt, the action-romantic film stars Emraan Hashmi alongside Genelia Deshmukh, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Singh.
The pairing of Emraan and Genelia Deshmukh has been one of the more talked-about casting choices since its announcement.
In August 2026, the makers released the film’s first glimpse, offering audiences their initial introduction to Emraan’s character Eshwar.
Eshwar is depicted as a dairy farm owner who is willing to go to extraordinary lengths to protect the woman he loves.
The character’s blend of ordinary profession and extraordinary protective instincts positions Gunmaaster G9 as romantic yet action-driven.
The viral behind-the-scenes clip has added a layer of intrigue to the film’s pre-release buzz.
It has also drawn attention to the very real physical risks that actors and stunt performers take during the filming of large-scale action sequences.
Emraan Hashmi continues to ride a strong wave of audience goodwill following the impressive box office performance of Awarapan 2 earlier.
