Nugget will suffer a seizure.

Davinder ‘Nugget’ Gulati (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) has been having an awful time of it in the BBC’s EastEnders.

The teenager was recently attacked in the streets, which led to him being put in a coma.

Nugget is currently unaware that his attacker is none other than his own father, Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara), who beat his son while he was hallucinating.

The only other person who knows the truth is his partner and Nugget’s mother, Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy).

For the sake of her son, Priya kept quiet and firmly told Ravi to do the same.

However, recent episodes have shown Ravi struggling with his guilt, especially when the attack resulted in Nugget being afraid to step out of the house.

EastEnders also revealed that Ravi has been self-harming as a method of coping with his guilt and trauma.

Although Nugget has been making an effort to return to normalcy following the attack, upcoming scenes of EastEnders will show things take a devastating turn for him.

Nugget will suffer a seizure, and at the hospital, the family will discover that it was an epileptic one.

This will upset Ravi as he blames himself for his son’s condition.

While drowning his sorrows at Harry’s Barn nightclub, he joins forces with Mark Fowler (Stephen Aaron-Sipple) to defend his former flame, Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams), against a group of troublesome men.

Ravi ends up impressing Mark, so the latter confides in Ravi about his quest to find a secret informant.

However, Mark has no idea that Ravi is the informant that he is looking for. This will undoubtedly lead to more drama for the Panesars and the Gulatis.

This will not be the first time Nugget’s health has deteriorated in recent months.

After his friend, Denzel Danes (Jaden Ladega), gave him steroids, Nugget found himself needing dialysis.

Elsewhere in the family, Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota) is busy striking up a romance with Penny Branning (Kitty Castledine).

Meanwhile, Suki Panesar-Unwin (Balvinder Sopal) and Eve Panesar-Unwin (Heather Peace), are determined to make a success of their adoption process.

But Suki does not know that she has become a target in the eyes of Bea Pollard (Ronni Ancona), following her menial treatment of Honey Mitchell (Emma Barton).

In the EastEnders episode broadcast early on BBC iPlayer on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, Honey revealed to Bea that Suki tried to kiss her in 2021, before she had come to terms with her sexuality.

How will Bea use this to her advantage and how will Nugget cope with yet another blow to his health?
